3-Bedroom Condo
A lovely, quiet and spacious condo located in Sea Trail resort. Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has farmers market(seasonal), fishing piers, boat launch and concerts. Enjoy golf on one of 3 on site courses (Unit is on 7th hole of Maples). See why National Geographic rated Sunset Beach one of the top beaches in the world- just a short (2-3 minute) drive or bike ride over the bridge to the beach (beach chairs provided), or use the pool (included) just steps away.
The space
The fully-furnished condo has three bedrooms: each bedroom has two full beds and its own bathroom. The large airy living space adjoins a well-stocked kitchen and dining area. There is a screened porch off the living area that overlooks the 7th hole of the Maples golf course.
Guest access
There are parking spots directly in front of the building as well as space for small truck or boat. Please note that the entrance is up a flight of stairs (see photo in listing).

Check in is any time after 12 PM (noon) and check out is 10 AM.
Quiet time after 10PM.
