  1. Check availability (and minimum nights requirement) on the calendar thru the Airbnb website (click on links below).

  2. After you have confirmed that the dates you want are available, fill out the information below and submit the form.
  3. I will block those dates off for 24 hours so that no one else can book them, then I’ll send you a message with your total amount due.
  4. I must receive payment in full thru PayPal (cgkerr4512@gmail.com), Venmo (@Carol-Kerr-13) or Zelle (303-565-7346 or cgkerr4512@gmail.com) within 24 hours. If the reservation is for more than 1 week, then ½ due immediately and ½ due 30 days before arrival.
  5. If payment is not received within the 24 hours, the dates open up again for others to book.
